My offer to serve

Nigeria is passing through a difficult phase in her history as a nation. Insecurity, economic hardship, youth unemployment and restiveness, and deteriorating infrastructure have dampened the patriotic zeal of our citizens and gravely undermined our national cohesion.  confidence among a broad spectrum of Nigerians that the challenges of the country are not beyond our capacity as a people. I share that confidence.

ANYIM'S VISION FOR NIGERIA

During his 2022 campaign for president, Anyim and his team laid out a comprehensive progressive vision for Nigeria’s future. Mindful that Nigeria presently has significant economic challenges, he therefore articulated economic revival strategies, following carefully thought-out areas of focus and process of implementation.

Industralization

Manufacturing is a vital source of good-paying jobs in our economy, and making things in Nigeria is critical to innovation and prosperity. We have to support manufacturers and workers so we can compete and win in the global economy.

Reviving our industries is critical to getting our economy back on track. The small and medium sector is currently the lifeblood of our country and should be supported to the best of our abilities as this is how we lift our people out of poverty and get our economy on track

Talent and Innovation

With the world currently moving to a skill (talent) and innovation-based economy powered by mental prowess and soft skills in various key industries ranging from finance to services and other industries, supporting our youths who are the lifeblood of this economic model is all we can do if we want to compete and thrive on a global level

Science and Technology

Today, technology and the internet are transforming nearly every sector of our economy, from manufacturing and transportation to energy, content creation, and health care. We can harness this power in a way that works for all Nigerians: creating good-paying jobs and boosting economic growth, making our communities safer and smarter, and making educational opportunities more accessible

This begins with a quality education in science and technology, as without a quality education in these fields, we as a nation would lag behind our peers on the global scene

Agriculture

A well-fed population is a productive population so we as a nation should seek not just to produce for internal consumption but as the symbolic “Giant of Africa” to become an agricultural powerhouse exporting agricultural produce to other African nations and the world at large

This would put the huge landmass we have as a nation into a huge source of revenue generation as we have the potential to hit $200billon in agricultural produce exports
